1Introduction
Welcome to CricketX. By accessing or using our application (“App”) and its companion app (“Companion App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our App.
2Non-Business Use
CricketX and its Companion App are intended solely for personal and recreational use. Any commercial use of the App, including but not limited to use in business operations or for profit, is strictly prohibited.
3Use of the App
Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Non-Commercial Use:
CricketX and its Companion App are intended solely for personal and recreational use. Any commercial use of the App is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts:
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4Subscription Model
CricketX offers CricketX Pro subscriptions with monthly and yearly billing options. Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges as specified in your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal, but refunds will not be provided for partial billing periods. Yearly subscribers receive a one-time free smart bat benefit on their first subscription (shipping fee applies).
5Physical Product Purchases
Orders and Payment
CricketX sells physical smart bat products through this website. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping
We currently ship smart bats to the United Kingdom, Canada, Pakistan, and Australia. Flat-rate shipping fees apply and are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are provided as estimates only. If your country is not listed, please contact us to check availability for your region.
Returns
You may return a smart bat within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in good condition and not damaged. To initiate a return, contact us at CricketX@xrevstudio.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will exclude the original shipping fee. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All CricketX smart bats are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at CricketX@xrevstudio.com with your order details and a description of the defect. Approved claims will be resolved through repair or replacement at our discretion.
Free Bat Benefit
CricketX Pro Yearly subscribers are entitled to one free smart bat as a one-time benefit with their first yearly subscription. A flat-rate shipping fee applies. This benefit cannot be combined with other offers and is limited to one per account regardless of future subscription changes. The same return and warranty terms apply to free bat claims.
6Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and Companion App are owned by CricketX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7User Content
You may have the opportunity to create and share content within the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
8Disclaimers
No Warranty:
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricketX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any content therein.
9Organization & Team Accounts
Organizations (academies, clubs, and teams) may buy seat-based CricketX Pro licenses and enrol members. The purchasing admin confirms they are authorised to create accounts for those members and to obtain any consent required — including parental consent for members under 18.
Seats are billed per the plan selected (monthly or yearly) and managed by the organization. Removing or disabling a member ends the Pro access the organization provides; the member's account otherwise remains theirs.
Game copies purchased for a team are delivered as a Meta Store code. Redemption happens on each member's own Meta account, and a small Meta charge may apply at redemption under Meta's terms. Once redeemed, game ownership is permanent and is not revoked when a member leaves the organization.
10Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Toronto, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes.
