CricketX VR

The VR cricket training simulator built to improve your real batting.

Every delivery, every line and length, every match scenario — as many times as you need, in the space you live in. Custom bowlers you design. Pro personas you pick. Analytics that actually tell you what to fix. Strap in and get to the middle.

Why CricketX VR?

Step Into The Middle

Full 360° stadiums, realistic crowd ambience and lifelike ball flight. The pressure of a real match — on demand, in your living room.

Every Bowler. Every Ball.

Pace, swing, spin, yorkers and bouncers from AI bowlers that read your patterns. Or design your own — any line, any length, any speed.

Stats That Sharpen You

3D shot maps, pitch maps and immersive replays after every session. See exactly where you're leaking runs — and how to plug the gap.

Drills Built Around You

Dial in delivery types, pitch conditions, field placements and match scenarios. Groove the shot you need for the match you're playing.

Nets To Final Over

Chase a T20 total. Grind through a Test session. Feel the pressure of the last over with twelve to win off six.

Every Surface. Every Condition.

Green seaming deck one session, turning subcontinent pitch the next. Adapt your game to every surface without leaving home.

Who Uses CricketX VR

From weekend club players to national programme batters — the technology scales to what you need.

Club & Recreational Players

Get more batting volume than any net session can deliver. Work on your weaker shots at home, on your own schedule.

Academy & Development Players

Drill high-volume reps between academy sessions. Coaches set challenges in the app; players train independently.

Semi-Pro & Professional Batters

Rehearse the specific scenarios, bowler types, and match pressures you'll face — before you face them in the middle.

Coaches & Academies

Set custom drills, track squad shot data, and review sessions — without being in the same room as your players.

How It Works

From unboxing to the first ball bowled — five steps and you're training.

1

Grab Your Hardware

Any Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3s or Quest Pro will do. For real bat feel, pair it with a CricketX smart bat and the integrated controller mount — everything snaps together in seconds.

2

Download From The Meta Store

Buy CricketX on the Meta Quest Store ($20) to unlock the core game — every bowler, every stadium, every match mode. Add CricketX Pro ($15/month) on top for Analysis Mode, Special Deliveries and legendary match event recreations.

3

Set Up Your Crease

Clear a safe play area, mount your Quest controller to your smart bat (or hold it directly), and run the in-app calibration. Two minutes and you are ready to face up.

4

Face Up And Train

Pick your mode. Drill a specific delivery. Chase a target. Face a named pro persona. Or build your own bowler — any line, any length, any speed.

5

Review. Fix. Repeat.

Pull up 3D shot maps, pitch maps and immersive replays after every session. Find the leak, plug it, come back sharper next time.

Key terms explained

VR cricket training
A method of practising batting technique using a virtual reality headset that simulates a live match environment. The batter faces AI-generated bowlers in a 360° virtual stadium, receiving real-time analytics on shot angle, timing, and footwork — all without leaving home.
Meta Quest standalone VR
A self-contained VR headset series from Meta (formerly Oculus) that requires no PC or gaming console. All computation runs on-device. Models include Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3s, and Quest Pro. CricketX VR runs natively on all four.
CricketX smart bat
A real cricket bat with an integrated mount machined or 3D-printed into the handle to hold a Meta Quest controller. The controller provides all motion tracking — the bat itself is a passive accessory with no batteries, sensors, or Bluetooth. Available in four models: Classic Lite, Classic, Precision, and Precision Lite.
CricketX Pro
An optional subscription tier ($15/month) that adds Analysis Mode (post-match shot review), Special Deliveries (signature pro bowling styles), and Legendary Match recreations to the base CricketX VR app.

How much does CricketX VR cost?
