What we collect and why

XRev Studio (XRevStudio), Toronto, Ontario, Canada, collects whether the account belongs to a person or a business, the account-holder name, the account holder’s postal address, bank name if supplied, bank country, the currency the account holds and the details your bank’s country needs for a transfer: for example routing and account number with account type (United States), institution, transit and account number (Canada), BSB and account number (Australia), sort code and account number (United Kingdom), IFSC and account number (India), IBAN, or a local account number, together with the bank’s SWIFT/BIC code where required. Banks and transfer providers require the recipient’s address for international payments. We use them to prepare and administer your affiliate payments, confirm destinations, prevent payment errors and investigate disputes. These are receiving details only; we never need online-banking passwords, PINs, card security codes or one-time banking codes.

Who can access and receive the details

Authorized payment administrators can review your bank instructions. Prepared payout instructions, including full receiving-bank details, are emailed through the CricketX mail service to cricketx@xrevstudio.com and hadi@xrevstudio.com. The responsible administrator uses the required details with the bank or transfer provider to pay you outside this website. Google Firebase/Google Cloud hosts our account and financial records and encryption-key service. Our mail service and payment providers process the information needed for their role; their processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell your bank details or use them for advertising. We may disclose records where legally required.

How the website protects the details

Full bank details are encrypted before storage using authenticated encryption and a separately managed key. General affiliate reports and exports show a masked destination, not full account/routing numbers. Bank versions and authorized administrator access are audited. An immutable version is saved for each change so a prepared payment always refers to the same destination. Administrators’ instruction emails also contain the details and must be protected. No storage or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choice and changing details

You can review this notice before submitting or authorizing submission. Accepting the notice and confirming a bank submission authorizes the described handling for affiliate payments. You may promote only after accepting the affiliate agreement; receiving-bank details are needed before we can prepare a bank payout. You can correct your destination from your account outside the 72-hour cutoff and any open-payout lock. Contact CricketX@xrevstudio.com for urgent corrections, access, withdrawal of consent or closure. Withdrawing the receiving details can delay further payments while a suitable arrangement is resolved; it does not erase an existing payment obligation.

Retention and acceptance records

We retain bank versions and payment/acceptance records while needed to administer the offer, complete or reconcile transfers, resolve refunds/disputes and meet applicable legal recordkeeping duties. A changed destination does not automatically erase historical instructions, audit records, backups or administrator emails. When the purpose and required retention end, records should be securely removed under our retention process; contact us to request a review. Acceptance records include your verified account ID, email, name entered, date/time and the exact version/hash of the documents and offer you accepted. We do not collect your banking login credentials.
